I completed my graduate internship at Drew University’s Counseling and Psychological Services in Madison, New Jersey. I then spent three years working in the Student Counseling Service at Texas A&M University, where I specialized in telehealth (long before it was “cool” slash a pandemic imperative). After relocating to my home state of Virginia, I worked for four years with the University of Richmond’s Counseling and Psychological Services before focusing full-time on my private practice. I love what I do.
Alongside my counseling work, I spent six years as the clinical consultant for a behavioral health platform, developing content and supporting universities and counseling agencies across the U.S. and Canada in adopting telemental health (and this was pre-pandemic!).
